EXPERT-O or Experts Online is all set for the airing of its S&T webinar series entitled Business Opportunities in Food Processing tomorrow, June 23, 2020 at 9:30 AM.

EXPERT-O webinars aim to bolster small and medium enterprise (SME) productivity by sharing innovative technologies for commercialization that may address emerging requirements brought about by COVID-19. In this series, speakers from DOST Research and Development Institutes (RDIs) are invited to tackle food technology offerings as well as the technology transfer and commercialization procedure for interested clients nationwide.


Tomorrow’s first session on ‘Innovations in Food Processing’ is set to present DOST-Industrial Technology Development Institute’s (ITDI) championed technologies for commercialization.

On the same week, the second session on ‘Healthy Food Alternatives’ is also scheduled to showcase technology offerings but that of DOST-Food and Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI).

Both webinars are guaranteed to tackle locally-developed technologies as well as the technology transfer and commercialization procedure intended for potential client-SMEs nationwide.
