The meeting involved formal introductions along with the overview and expected output of the program engagement. Engr. Lim then gave a manufacturing productivity questionnaire to the firm beneficiaries.
After a week, another set of virtual meetings took place to validate the data as stated in the answered questionnaires. Physical visits were then underway wherein Engr. Lim presents the inception report followed by one-on-one consultations.
Another site visits where also done to perform a strengths and weaknesses analysis to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the client or cooperator’s operations and production systems. During this time, Engr. Lim also identified area improvements and workable recommendations to be implemented within the production facility.
