Engr. Bernie is an expert on Packaging and Labeling who is currently a professor at Central Philippine University College of Engineering and sits as chairperson of the Packaging Engineering Department of the same university. He holds an MS degree in Packaging from Michigan University and another MS degree in Engineering major in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University.
Moreover, he has conducted several trainings on various Packaging Engineering-related topics nationwide including the EXPERT-O webinar on “Basic Concepts and Innovations in Food Packaging” hosted by DOST Region VI last year.
